Preparation times

All orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of your payment.

Delivery methods and times

• Standard delivery (free for orders over €39) : 5 to 11 working days.

In the event of a delay due to circumstances beyond our control (carriers, strikes, busy periods, etc.), delivery times may exceptionally be extended.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.
