If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 daysfrom receipt of your order to request a return.

👉 Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will proceed with either an exchange or a rapid refund, depending on your choice.
